Hi, I’m Katie Krupar, a San Diego-based People Operations and Talent Leader.
With 16+ years in talent acquisition, people operations, and leadership coaching, I help businesses scale strategically and sustainably. I was proud to be part of GoFundMe’s journey, joining as employee #50 and leading it through growth & scaling to 1,000+ employees worldwide.
